Restaurant and Music Hall Food & Beverage Service
Our passion for the South guided the creation of our unique menus. Our chefs
have developed artistic adaptations of traditional Southern favorites such as
Pan Seared Voodoo Shrimp, Rosemary Cornbread, Tennessee Style Baby Back Ribs,
Creole Jambalaya, and White Chocolate-Banana Bread Pudding. We take great pride
in cooking from scratch with the freshest ingredients and serving with soulful

Foundation Room Food & Beverage Service
For the finest upscale dining, our Foundation Room Chefs create gourmet seasonal
menus paired with unique hand-selected wine lists from the finest wineries
around the world. The Master Chefs skillfully prepare menu items using a delicate
